3. Course Enrollment & Access

Course access is provided only after successful payment
Course materials may include videos, live sessions, recordings, PDFs, templates, tools, and resources
Access is non-transferable and for individual use only
Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Refund Policy 

DigiMaxify offers a 7-Day No-Question-Asked Refund Policy for courses.

Refund Conditions
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the course start date or enrolling date
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
If you will be eligible then your refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
DigiMaxify offers a 30-Day strict Refund Policy for services.

After purchasing the service, our team reviews your system and process. If implementing our strategy 100% and still do not see any results within 1 month, then your full amount will be refunded without any condition. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, creatives, and required access on time
6. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in full before service initiation or course access
Prices may change without prior notice
DigiMaxify is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking delays
Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user
7. Intellectual Property Rights

Course materials
Frameworks
Strategies
Designs
Logos
Text & graphics
are the exclusive intellectual property of DigiMaxify.

You may not:
